Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are incredibly important to me and are reserved exclusively for you. I understand that schedule changes happen; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. I do not charge a late cancellation or no-show fee however; REPEATED LATE CANCELLATIONS or NO-SHOWS may require a deposit to book future appointments.
LATE POLICY;
Because my waxing services are highly efficient and precisely timed, I offer a 7 minute grace period. If you are more than 7 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate you and your appointment would need to be modified or is subject to change.
